I'm confused. While that's nothing new, could you re-post with some punctuation and sentence breaks? I just can't understand your original problem or what you're dealing with now.
A lot of times if someone can't understand a post they'll just pass it by. You might get more help if you describe it a little better.

Sorry about that, electrical issues really get under my skin. Ok so I fixed the park lights. Now the issue is everything works, but the bulb isn't very bright. when the park lights are on and I use the turning signal it dims alot. So I tried using a ground wire from the frame to the tail light socket and the park light is too bright it overcomes the turning signal. Also this might help the left side front and back are in sync but its not on the right side. Any ides?

Do you have a trailer wiring module? If so, maybe something funky's with it.
I think I'd be looking for chafed/broken wires in the harness. See how much resistance there is from the ground contact in the socket to the frame, and try to find out why it's so high.
I don't have anything else off the top of my head.

Sounds to me like you got the two hot leads on the right rear crosswired. Switch connections and see what happens.

There is a connector for the rear light harness just under where the loom exits the fire wall. Pull it apart and clean it well and reassemble with fresh dielectric compound and see if that helps with dimness....
