Fsj / Adventure trailer combos... let's see um!

Is anyone here pulling either adventure trailers or small camping trailers with the Full Size Rigs... Looking for ideas on what type of Extreme trailer to build . Also need to find out pros and cons of pulling with the FSJ?

Wouldn't it be kinda cool to cut the front off of a waggy, and make a travel trailer out of the rear?

A GW camping trailer to tow behind the Wagoneer. Hmmmmm

I believe there is a photo on that very setup in the Ouray pics somewhere.

That is pretty cool.

It would be really something to keep the roof on, and maybe make a pop-Up of some kind.
Ohhhhh if I had a garage, a welder, and knew how to weld.

That might be a little hard to wheel with. I was thinking a little more trail worthy? I do like the tj flairs on the tow rig though. Thanks for posting that pic.

I would think that setup would be VERY tongue heavy to tow. I am thinking of doing something like that with our parts truck. The bed and frame are in great shape. The rest is pretty much history. Would make a nice Trailer to pull behind the J20.

NO, I said I could pick the front of the trailer up by hand, when it is not loaded up with everything . Thanks for the help .

Jerry the top shot looks like it could jack knife quickly and get into the back corner of the tow rig. Its probably the camera angle? Id like to see some closer shots... Have any?

Found this J10 shortbox trailer the other day. The guy told me to make him an offer. I am debating if it would be a worthwhile project. I think it would be cool behind the waggy on some 35's

Get the trailer. Gawd that would be a fun project. CHUCKWAGON at the tailgate and a fold out tent on the top, 55 Gallons of water in a tank, spare fuel and propane...Oh man....

An' don't forget da' Bumper-Dumper!

I had posted these pics a few weeks ago in a thread...sorry to repeat. Lifted the trailer about 14", new axle, springs, wheels and tires. Its still a little wide, might cut axle width down a few more inches this winter. Trailer is tiny(sleeps 6 easy though) and weighs about 1k lbs. Waggy hardly knows its back there.

Metal Twister, the front has been Vee like the front of a trailer, so I can get almost a 100 deg with it without it hitting and I am running 33" tires on it. If you PM me you address I will send you some pic.
