Found a 1969 J2000 Gladiator, Thriftside

Found one in town, he says it is an automatic, everything works, even the Original Buick 350.

Cant find much info on the engine, trans, diffs, interior, anything...Id really like to see what one with these options looks like.

Buick 350: Wonderful engine.
TH400: Very robust transmission.
Dana 20: Decent transfer case, adequate for a FSJ.

Are parts readily available for the Buick 350?

What were faults, I know all engines have their faults.

The Buick 350 is a good motor, but it does have issues. They eat their timing covers, so watch for them. Oil pressure is a recurring problem, mostly due to steel gears in an aluminum pump. Check out TAPerformance and Poston for parts. Fan shrouds and four barrel intakes? Good Hunting! A big radiator in good condition is required. Also check out V8Buick.com for more info.
