Everytime I see one of these I think of what Flint said . Something to the effect of .. Can you imagine taking on a set of switchbacks with a FC and have to hang yourself almost out over the edge of the cliff.. 
I was daydreaming of a local FC for sale 2 days ago and the above thought hit me as I thought of doing BlackBear in one of those.  I peed a little...
