water leak problems -help !

hi ,i have just fitted a new timing chain cover and sump gasket with no oil leaks(yay!)but now i have a water leak at the drivers side (us)of the t.c.c.but now i've pulled the rad/pulleys/balancer etc i can see the weep hole under the waterpump is leaking ?
so does this mean the waterpump is stuffed ? its a 6 month old flowkooler pump !?
i still think it might be leaking from the bottom off one of the water jackets in the t.c.c as well but now i'm worried that if i re fit the t.c.c. it could be for nothing and noing my luck at the moment this time the sump will leak???
cheers for any help.
ps i run very high % of coolant someone told the other day not to any opinions on % of coolant mix i run about 75%coolant 25% water..?

It has been awhile since my last water pump R+R. I coat the longer bolts with Permatex Aviation gasket goop for a good seal. One or more of the bolts hits a water jacket. With a 75/25 mix you should be good for about -60 f , I didnt realize it got that cold in Australia I use 50/50 with no troubles up here. If the pump is weeping out of the hole, the pump is on its way out.

I run that 50/50 premix stuff because it uses water without the mineral content which is what causes the rust in the first place.

If you only have straight anitfreeze you can use distilled water/ baby water.

I have left that stuff in my unheated shed all winter and it dont freeze.

My TCC cover also leaked a bit so I am watching it. And it nor my water pump was leaking before.

I may have to pull it off but I may just put some radiator sealer in it depending on how my cam/lifter ordeal go's.
