I am also wondering if anyone has caps for sale. I'm looking for one daily driver turbo/dog dish/tuxedo 15" for my 1967 wag or a nice set of four. I also have a few other caps for sale but not sure of what they are. One or so with the big "W" in the center and a couple later models.

Also one might make a note that at least the AMC color dog dish caps came in 2 different sizes.
I have the original (to the truck) 1972 AMC color hub caps on a set of 16" wheels from the '60s Gladiators with the 3 clips. My hub caps came off of the original (to the truck) 15" wheels. I also have a set of AMC dog dish hub caps from a '77 J10 with 15" wheels and they are smaller than the early hub caps.
This one is also used on the 350 Buick Super Wagoneers!!

Can't find a way to downsize my pics to get them on here but it is a smooth stainless dog dish with the "W" in the center on top of several circular rings and then clear space then a final 4" circle around all of that. All the markings are done by grooves/or cut lines. The cap is other wise smooth. The "w" and part of the center circles look to be done in gold coloring.
Also have a set of four four wheel drive 15" dog dish caps. May have a few other later caps.
When I bought my 1970 J3000 it came from the owner of a no longer existing dealer and inside the aluminum cap covered bed was 110 used caps that they had been collecting. Several Chevy, Pontiac, Cadillac, Buick, International, Edsel, monza, Ford, etc.

Sort of like this.
1948-51 Jeepster
1949-52 Wagon
This is an original one. Most that you see on the "show cars" are reproductions, the latest ones being stainless.
Originals are 2 piece, there are a few 2 piece reproductions, but they are not exact copies.
That's the one! Mine is a little rougher than yours with a ding and scuffs.
