THIS POSTING IS NOT TO BE MADE INTO THE MIDWEST MEET. JUST INFO ON WHAT HAS BEEN POSTED PREVIOUSLY. MIDWEST INVASION WILL LIKELY BE IN OCT AT RUSH OFFROAD PARK.

PLEASE KEEP REPLIES ABOUT THIS POST IN THE OHIO VALLEY SECTION. http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=176471

I made my reservations today for Sept 18th and 19th (checking in fri afternoon and checking out sun am)at http://koa.com/campgrounds/horse-cave/
Me and the Roo Dog will be in a cabin roughing it. Come join us at the KOA..

If you have a KOA card it is buy one get one free nights. Pays for itself just to buy a card for this one weekend. They also give you another Buy1 get 1 weekend in May plus 10% off all stays through the year not to mention making reservations as easy as pie.

The racing is Fri evening and Sat am at Blue Holler. http://www.blueholleroffroadpark.com/

To give everyone time to get their schedules straight, I submit that we settle on meeting at Rush Offroad. Mid- October would be a good time to go there because the weather should still be nice. Not too hot,not too cold. They allow primitive camping onsite at the trail head.

          Thoughts?

There is a M&G at ZM Jeeps on Nov 7th. How many of the Midwest area folks are planning to attend? Del and I will be there. Hope to see some of you there too. It has been too long since we all got together.

It might be a little cold then. I guess it would depend on how much firewood Hoot can bring, and the size of the WHITE MAN FIRE we can build.

Well, it's the end of November. And I can't help but notice how nice it is outside.. and how nice it would be to sit around a fire and chew the fat.
