grayish white exhaust smoke-need opinions

Or a diagnosis.
Started belching very light gray smoke about a week ago. It's not condensation because its still there after its fully warmed up. It doesnt smell like burning oil. I see it mostly while idling and it dissipates within 10ft of exiting the tailpipe. Doesn't smell like coolant, but it does emit water for a few min. I've put 300 mi since last week and oil and coolant levels are unchanged and look clean.
Today, I did a compression check. Pulled all plugs. All were normal except #1 cyl was wet and dark. All cylinders tested good except #1 gave me 20 psi. Yikes.
I then used my compression tester hose to pump up the cylinders at tdc. 7 of them held pressure-enough to push the truck forward while in gear (I had wheels blocked). #1 cyl wouldn't move the piston down, instead, the air came out the exhaust.
I'm guessing burned or broken valve. Would this cause the smoke? I've also noticed a misfire and mileage is slightly down.

Yea, that sounds like an exhaust valve.

I love how arguements end as soon as Ristow comments. Ristow is right...again.
