    Thanks iroc....great summation

Im hoping for about 60 psi of boost. Any more and the HP levels will make me get a twin disc clutch and bigger trans input.....not to say that wont happen soon!

Put a fitting in your turbo air piping from turbo to manifold to a check valve and into a tank and you have low pressure on board air.

While a novel idea, it will not work for an OBA setup. Exhaust tempteratures are up to 1300 degrees and when that cools (in a tank) the psi will drop as the air cools.

I need the psi and seperate system to inflate tires and run air tools, etc

I think he's talking about the air side. Although you probably won't be going much over 30-40psi, and I'm not sure how useful such low pressure would be.

Yeah, mostly just joking around. Air side.

                  Cool project.

No worries.....I joke too often and it is OFTEN taken the wrong way or as fact. Just didnt want to give a "pirate" response......this is a great community and the only way we learn is through others patience and time.

                    Thanks for the nods

ARP studs for the steering arms are in. LED turn signals for the front (the stock 715 are slits at best, want oncomming traffic to know my intentions because I would roll right over them without much trouble haha) Safety and the safety of others is paramount.

About to send J10 steering box off for a rebuild (unless someone can chime in and say its not difficult). I am going to use a hydraulic pump from a Cummins to push about 12-15 gallons per minute at 1750 psi....that should steer things ok. Debating on a hydraulic winch since I have the capacity.

Line locks are in for trail parking.

Pondering over using cable shifters for the doubler or having three sticks....There are going to be all kinds of levers in the cab nv4500 shifter, OX locker, 3 for the doubler haha.

Great looking project! Where did you find the MRAP seats? They look perfect for a trail rig/DD. I can't wait to do a complete tear down/build up on my GW. It'll probably have to wait until I retire....

                        I would look for a J20 box.

Ive looked for them. Havent found an oring style yet. Ill drill and tap it for hydro assist so Im thinking it really wont matter as much as the hydraulic pump would.

I found the MRAP sets on another forum.

I may have a lot of $$$ going into this but this is my dream vehicle. There will never be a FOR SALE sign on it!!! When I die, theymay as well strap me in it, kick it in neutral and bury us haha
