    J10 tailgate

What is a J10 tailgate worth without rust with
faded original paint....or a range? Got one for
    sale from a 1981 J10 Laredo

A lot, IMHO. I wouldn't take less than $300 if it is straight and complete. I would put it on ebay, too. You will get more there.

Well I got a call on a perfect never used tailgate from a customer to buy. He was going to sell me it for 100 dollars. Told him to sell it on Ebay,it sold for around 800. They had bought the truck new and dad took the tailgate off an hung on the wall in the barn. Many years passed and he went back an the tailgate was still there. So can you get that dont know. Whats the market like?

Put it up for Auction on Ebay to see what the current market is willing to pay. Set the Reserve high [$500/$600]. Then if it doesnt sell, post it with a Set Price [at the highest bid] and allow offers. I sold a set of rear Cherokee fenders for $1400 on Ebay.

No!!! Sell it to me!!! Mine is really wrecked. It looks like a house fell on it but the rest of the truck is straight. Weird.
