I broke the nipple on my carbon can purge valve. I have it coated in RTV right now. Hopefully someone has one laying around. Here is some info on it:

Purge Valve
1 . Disconnect the lines and remove canister from engine bay. Note the bottom of the canister is wider than the top, so it won't just slide up and out of the clamp when loose.
2. Purge valve (says "Do Not Remove"). Carefully pry around the edge of the cap. There may have been an adhesive on the front on the two tabs around the nipple. It didn't hold to the cap to any degree worth mentioning.
3. Inside is a rubber diaphragm, and a spring with retainer. The diaphragm is special, so don't toss it even if holey.
i could swear there was a post a few years back about a PN that you could order from cardone brand new may have to search a bit, the diaphragm can be repaired with a piece of bike tube
Take a piece of metal tubing of the correct diameter (a little larger than the internal diameter of the plastic tube that remains) approx 1.5" long. Flare one end (can use a tapered punch). Heat the non-flared end with a lighter, then shove it into the remaining plastic tube on the cap using some pliers. It should melt the plastic enough to get a tight fit when it cools. A good source for brass tubes of various diameters is an old portable radio antenna. Ace hardware stores may carry a brass tube that will work. You can wrap the remaining tube that sticks out with some electrical tape if it is too narrow for your vacuum tube, or try heating the metal tube and shoving the broken plastic piece onto it.
