Looking good there (I think at that weight/height you can ditch the rest of the sheetmetal).

for now it gets a roll bar i got from sambo and the sheet metal stays. i will wheel it for the rest of the year that way. have plans for a real cage next year. thinking about trying to skin it and loose the body lift then. for now i need it to clear the motor and blazer fuel tank.

Dude Irving you win the biggest rig for sure. That thing must be massive. How is the crawl ratio with the rocks? I think you need to ditch the 42's they are to small for your rig now. I think it is time for 49's or 54's or something....

i dont think i can fit bigger with a body. the front hits the flares before full stuff. the rear just makes contact. not enough to cut the tires yet though. i will trim the flares some more. it should fix the rub and look alot better than it does now. kind of a rough trim job on it now.

                        Not much here.
Been sort of slow so I have been building my double beadlocks.
I really should be working on the front end but my ADD sort of crept back in this last month.

                          Oops...

Well, ok I guess we are moving backwards somewhat.
Found this while doing the look-me-over for the upcoming Smiley Rock run.

Yea, I know another one. This time with an added bonus.

Time to headout to the leaf spring farm and dig out another.
I know I am out of mainsprings just gonna have to make something happen.

Thanks Sam but I have several sets of 74-91 front springs here including a real nice beefy/thick set that came off of George Andrews rig many years ago that were under the J2000.

I'm still running with the older/shorter springs and hanger locations. So I chopped up set of GM rear springs in the ironworker to make them centered yesterday. Probably run 3-4 of them from the center of the pack in mine while retaining my shorter main spring. Just needs to make it until the end of May when I can take the rig apart.

That is unless they work really well or something. We'll see Saturday morning when I have time to rebuild these packs.
