Yep.
It ain't easy. A lot of going back and forth, test fitting, trimming, some sewing and a little steam.

This weekends progress. New rain gutter trim installed. Door scuff plates installed along with the seals. Tailgate body trim installed. Tailgate bushings and weatherstripping. The one that took the most time was the first door panel. Since I made them myself, I forgot to take into account the extra that was added when I did the carpet binding. So I got it on and the door wouldn’t shut. So I had to redo the bottom of the panels. That took some time to do, but it shuts now and it looks great I think. Looks like I’ll have to do the same to the other panels. Live and learn. Lol.

Sorry only one pic today.

Great job, MedinaJim - subscribed; glad to see the updates; have a 90 GW that Im working on up in Kingsport. GWs at a glass shop fixing a windshield leak; then on to carpet, upholstery installation, & onto paint/body.

Wondering what the plan is with the wood trim? Resto/reinstallation? Or replacement? Saw earlier you were removing the 3m tape; mine is in bad shape - looking at what to do?

Kingsport, TN? Not too far from me.

The plan is to reuse these pieces. They were in too good of a shape to not reuse. They're not scratched, faded or warped.

Yep; about 100mi away; on the wood trim, mine is a little too far gone to keep once its painted anyway - am looking at new trim avail from wagonmaster to replace it once I get that far - am concerned about the lack of rivet holes & how long itll stay stuck. Have seen a few people reskin it with contact paper, but the color didn

I tried the contact paper reskin before. Got it to match, but couldn't get it to bend and around the wheels so that the grain would follow the contour. So I gave up on that idea.

Seats are almost done. Just need to finish up the interior carpet before I can install them.

Very happy with the way these turned out. They are Katzkin covers with cord inserts and I used the same carpet I used in the Jeep for the backs and bottoms. Also added heated pads to them.

I'll get better pics, included the back seat when I can.

I didn't do the center armrest for the front seat (I bought these covers from somebody that decided not to use them, but didn't include the armrest). I'm putting one of my center consoles in anyway, so wasn't too concerned about it.

Beautiful, cheers to your hard work... what kind of polishing accessory/compound did you use for the grille and the bumper, that is quite some blink, blink!

Good find on the carpeting, I have some generic automotive carpeting in the cargo area, it was blue but has not been UV resistant, it has some serious bleached patches.
