    Elvira's Revival

I have been a member here for 11 years. One of the mainstays of this forum built a beautiful 76 Waggy with a 401 named Elvira. Through a case of boredom with my yj I was able to trade and am now the proud owner of a Jeep older than I am and in a lot better shape too. She needs some tlc, new rear main seal, and a good bath. I have bought and sold a lot of vehicles and I can say I have never been more anxious for one to be delivered. Here is her in her prime.

She looks the same except for being dusty sitting in a garage.

I wish I could take credit but Don S built this beauty. She has been stored in a garage for two years and now she is getting her chance to run again.

What a great looking black Wag! I remember the owner was very, very knowledgeable and helped a lot of folks on this board.

We'll look at that. Good for you my friend. I'm glad to see she is staying in the IFSJA family. I hope you enjoy her. She's a good oil' Jeep, and deserves more than I could give her.
