I have a drainage ditch on side of my house, lots of turtles. I feed them scrapes sometimes. We had some boiled crawfish for lunch the other day and so did the turtles.

Not totally random, but certainly unexpected. I was looking at some of the old documentation that was in the glovebox when I bought the J20 and thought I'd see what some of the PO's addresses looked like. Here's a Google street view image from about a year and a half before I bought it. Thought it was kind of cool to see where it used to live.

High quality junk here: intro thread and slow build thread

Did you know? Willys is just Willis spelled differently, but pronounced the same. Neither Willy nor his apostrophe are involved.

Got a box in the mail from California. Thanks for the USCG swag Marc! As for the blackish door... it's a test pattern for Craftsman beliner make over sometime this year. Maybe...

Almost 9 years ago Flint and Bob once told me that Wrightwood looks to be a Jeep town. Yes! Yes! It is!

This little gem showed up behind my house today. It belongs to one of the camps up here, and they have owned it for over 40 years.
After speaking to these guys hunting flat rocks in the wash, they said they need to find a new top for it.
Anyone know where to find one??????

(Ristow)fram!....that deserves a ratchet upside the head.

I then i agreed to turn around. I managed somehow to return the Explorer without any damage.

Went to a car show last Saturday. Over 200 cars, everything we have all seen before. Even had two really well done Scouts. No Wagoneers. Only took one picture, this was the most unique vehicle in a hundred mile radius of the show. It's a F-250, not sure of the year, but the color is wood-grain.

You ever wonder what medieval cook looked at the guts of a pig and thought, "I bet if you washed out that poop tube, you could stuff it with meat and eat it."

Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental.
