    Radio antenna ideas?

So, I went through the wash and the brushes pulled out my antenna base.

I get it, the car's forty years old, I did remove them and re-seat the base when I painted the engine compartment/front cowling, but let's be honest, there's a lot of pressure from those mashing machines...

Does anyone know of a stub or EXTREMELY stocky antenna?

I do prefer using this wash since it's one of the best in the socal area and I use a monthly subscription to keep my cars clean...

I know I have to pull it apart and redo it, but what about the base and replacement?

You can buy new ones from FSJ Jeep vendors . they look just like the original, maybe they are originals.

I went to a thumb drive with 500 songs on it and removed the antenna.

You ever see what happens when those brushes pull out an antenna and don't let go?

I used one of those hidden antennas. They mount inside to the windshield or a-pillar, behind dash etc.

If you replace with a stocker, remove the antenna before entering car wash!
It'll happen again, next round you may not be as lucky.
