I scored my Comanche for $700 because the woman selling it said it needed u-joints. I played dumb & got a sweet ride... but would have liked a J10 for that price!! Good job!!

Well first off fix the tranny it has a dead 3 spd atm. But part of the deal was getting a t18a granny 4 spd with the truck.

Gonna start on the inside first.. Gotta have my creature comforts.
I have a set of powered black leather seats from a tbird super coupe to go in. I have sitting a pioneer super tuner with 12 disc changer and xm satilite reciver to go in.

I'm still deciding if I'm gonna line-x or go carpet. I'm not real big on mudding so probly go carpet. I'm probly gonna do the digital dash mod. Got a CB and ametuer radios to go in. N3WGM is my call hehe. Will have to upgrade the power system inside to handle all my electronics.
So that leads to upgrading to dual batterys and doing some thing to get the alternator beefed up.

Motor wise I'm looking for a 401 to rebuild. But in the mean time the 360 is still strong so I'll add Msd ignition and distributer, 4bbl intake, probly an elderbrock carb, headers and 3" exhaust. Upgrade the radiator to a 4 core maybe or aluminum.

Got LED's for a flush mount tail light conversion. Roll bar, Line-x the bed.

4" lift from hell creek since this seems to be my only bolt on option atm. 35x12.50's if they will go.

Some of this will take years I'm not rich so little by little it will get done..

There seems to be a lot of J4000's poping out of the wood-work lately.

                              Nice .

$800 seems to be the magic price for any solid, running FSJ.
