    Scraper part #?s needed

In the process of my FSJ rebuild I have 8 new window scrapers(those rubber pieces your arm lays on when you have the window down) and have no idea where they go??what I need is to know what part # goes where(front inside, front outside, rear inside, rear outside)?..also if anyone has any experience installing these things I would appreciate some tips and tricks!

    Veepster,

Here's a link to our tech section that might help: http://home.off-road.com/~ifsja/tech/body/index.htm

and this ain't pretty, but here's a link to a guy on 1FSJ's site. It has all the part #'s (I think) and where they go. Unfortunately, it's one big paragraph with no formatting.

    Good luck!

Hey Bart, where did you get the scrapers? I've been checking around here and there for them, because I need to replace inner and outer on my front windows. Don't suppose you have a good line on power rear window scrapers, do ya?

A source list for ALL the rubber pieces for front and rear windows would definately be cool. Including all the pieces to redo the tailgate window.

Hey, Veepster, you told me the name of the place but you never did give the number, wasn't the name "specialty jeep parts"? Like everyone else I would like the number so I can get some of the rear window molding like you have.

yep it is specialty Jeep Parts.....they are the one and only supplier for Jeep parts.....and they are all factory parts! Dealer are only required to stock parts for a vehicle for 10 years, after that they do not have to stock any parts....SO Specialty buys all the old inventories for Jeep stuff.....they have EVERYTHING...and I mean EVERYTHING...and they are pretty cool also.......River Beast, you would want to wait until after the paint to put on new rubber, this would make it easier to tape off for painting and you also get a good coat fo paint on under the rubber.....

I will post the number tomorrow
