what kind of load can you put on it before those back tires hit the bed?

Not sure, they havent hit yet, and I've had a fair amount of steel tube on there...

Boy howdy that looks good! I've been thinking about building one myself but haven't really decided what approach to take. That looks really sharp though. I'd just worry about rubbing on the bed. I tend to get my truck pretty twisted up sometimes.

I'm not a flatbed fan at all, but you've almost changed my mind. That looks terrific.

Love the home-made ac also. I see the fan through your windshield.

I remember seeing you in the TJ forum at Jeepforum.
