It's legal in WA and CO. Don't know about anywhere else.....

Ha Ha! It Just.Happens To.Be TheFirst Weekend MyWwife And I Both Have Off After Freezing Weather.

Snow was alive and dancing on the hills less than 1,000 feet above my place today (we had a few minutes of snow shower, but it was too warm to stick and the sun came back out after)
