So I made my way into the NC mountians to meet Jake & Jackie alnong with there cool son (sorry I don't remember his name). LOL I felt like I was the star of American Pickers! I was junk drunk the momment I entered the field in the passenger seat of Jackies smooth J20. 90+ FSJ'S will get you delerious! I spent several hours picking through the jeeps & buildings full of parts. They have just about anything you could want short of a factory brush guard or a floor shifter for a np208 out of a J truck! (lol) I came away with most of the parts I needed for what I considered a great deal. I will visit them again! If you need parts and are willing to get a little dirty pulling them I suggest you pay them a visit(they have lots of toos for use and will jump right in and help, lol they did more than I did for sure).

Yep they rock. They also helped me do a lot of research on my tranny swap project to make sure I bought the correct parts from them. They will go to great lengths to help anybody they can and they are a pleasure to do business with.ROMANS 12:1-2

I really wish I was closer. The topics I always see about this place has me imagining it like going to Willy Wonka's. At least I do know where I will be going when I eventually need parts for my truck.~Alex

Don't bother to GPS it, won't work. Took me about 3 trips to make it without directions. I've probably been there 9 or ten times by now. They are kinda out in the boonies, but great country and you don't have to worry about ticking off the almost non existing neighborsJustin

They have more gems at their valley than the Emerald Mine up the road from them.[IMG][/IMG]
I went in with a F350 crew cab and a 20' foot car hauler. Those tight turns were , welll... very tight. I had it up on the hillsides coming around a few turns.
Jackie escorted me in with the J10 and back out with "Babe"the 1 ton.[IMG][/IMG]
I traded off a ton of my stuff for a super nice j truck frame. [IMG][/IMG]
Excellent people.Tom Gibson
1980 J20 Utility bed truck. Factory cab and chassis truck. Many new mods for it but it will look all stock.
1985 J10 nothing special just a nice clean stock truck.
1977 Honcho "Blue" 401/400/quad. Under going major upgrades.."This is Not Your Fathers Honcho", it may not even be a Honcho anymore when done.
