My drive shafts went to the shop yesterday, probably will not see them until early next week.
            Still lots to do here.

I'm having second thoughts about taking the waggy. It has 4:10's and no overdrive, so the hwy rpm's are too high (for me). Plus the rear output of the atlas seems to be leaking out the splines, slinging oil onto the catalytic convertor.

So I'm thinking about taking the J10, which only needs some new fluid in the 14 bolt and the tires balanced. I need to find a quieter fuel pump for it too. The main problem is the AMC 360. It's getting some sort of knock and it worries me to drive it that far from home....

Nobody is coming from Colorado with a trailer huh?

It's 705 miles according to google maps. Straight down I-25.

We drove it over 5000 miles in on the UA last year with absolutely no problems, but an old truggy can only take so much

I really, really need a tow rig and trailer (hence the reason for the J20 which currently has no engine/tranny/'case)

They all clatter.....mine had barely any compression for 4 years....would drive it everywhere and would knock on every start up the last year. Maybe I should bring my spare 360 for you.....

Don't really need to bring a lot of food as there is shopping close to the KOA.
