    Bj's Offroad closed or what?

What is up about Bj's? I have contacted them about previous bought items and items I am interested in buying but no reply.
Once I got an automated reply saying they will contact me in a few days.

It was the same for some years ago but eventually I got them to reply. Now I have waited for some 4 months and getting tired to wait.

Can I buy Jeep parts for export somewhere else? Bj's has some great parts but customer service is zero.

They could be on holiday but I would expect something to show up online or at their inbox if that were the case.

Customer service/communication are not one of their strengths.

On occasion VM's, and emails are not returned or replied to.
Seems you have to email Brent/Ryan directly, or actually get a person on the phone.

I tried to get info on Katzkin seat covers a while back.
No response from VM, no response from asking question via site.
Not in a rush, but an answer woulda been nice.

Not the first time an inquiry has gone nowhere with them.

So, can I throw my money at another reseller? Is there any other Jeep specialist that cares about the customers out there?

You'll never get a human being on the phone at TGW, either. I've ordered from both, and have never had an issue with parts arriving from either one.

A fellow member ordered an engine through BJ's. The engine was apparently DOA, and BJ's has apparently failed to respond to them for months (nor have they addressed the allegations on these boards that they have been unwilling to help).

J&W (used parts) -- excellent customer service in my experience. Some of their parts are a bit more expensive than you'd expect, but I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

New Jeep parts. Used Jeep parts. All Jeep models Cherokee (XJs), Wrangler, CJs, ZJs & more. Jeep service & repair. Aftermarket parts. Jeep parts experts.
1990 Grand Wagoneer with HD towing package -- everything works! (for now...)

J&W in Antelope CA is a great place for salvage parts. They gave 1000 jeeps in a yard out their back door. Call them directly and speak to the parts desk. Have your year, model and part that you need. They are pros and worth any extra bit they may charge. I plan to order more form them if I need anything. AND I NEED LOTS.

                        I use Teamgrandwagoneer.

They answer their phone but, you do have to be persistent. Has taken me a few tries and a few days sometimes. But they do answer and are very nice. I've ordered at least a dozen times in the last year or so and ordered by phone every time.

Bjs ive tried a couple of time and had order fulfillment problems and faulty products with no recourse, refund, apology, discount, credit, or satisfaction.

Team GW do not answer their phone.....ever. I ordered online from them 3 times but they shorted me on the last order (like many others apparently)
After many attempts I finally got my $ back using Visa.
Then I found BJs.... they almost always answer the phone....they know what they are talking about...and I always get ALL the parts I order.
                          BJs from now on.

You can always call BJ's to see what is happening, of course with the time zone it is a bit challenging...
What do you need... there is always people travelling across the pond on a regular basis.
