I love it and hope they make it... love the mix of old and new. I would get one if I didn't already have an original!

If you can't make it better why waste your time. No use repeating the orignal mistakes. I'm to old to push it that's why.

If it were to become popular it might bring more people to love the "old stuff"!

I don't do new vehicles, and I'd buy one.

Build it and they will buy

I want one so bad. I want a new kaiser as well. Don't they know that if they built them, we would buy them. If they wont build them they should at least make a kit available to us so we can build our own. Are you listening Jeep??

"Concept" is a cute vague marketing term.

                      ..

It was on Leno's show here two weeks ago here.

It was on TV a couple of months ago.

And it was in magazines quite a few months ago.

Don't hold your breath for the factory to produce it.

                      Happy Dreams.. Don S.

What would stop them from running with this. I lot of times designers go over the top with concepts, but this one hits the mark. Right in line with what GM did with the Camaro, Ford, and Dodge with the retro cars they have produced. Not saying you are wrong, just wondering why.

                          LOL

That's why it's being displayed. It will have to get more than OUR interest to become feasible. There have been other concepts at least as cool that did not fly. Concepts serve many purposes. This one most likely will not fly. Our interest level is small & biased. If the Cherokee had the classic level of a Camaro or Mustang you might have a snowballs chance. It's one reason we buy these instead of 1970's bronco's because they don't have that clout. The attention Cherokees get are mostly let's say from less influential folks. Jeep already has a retro market in the Wrangler. The fact it's been pushed over a year pretty much indicates hard sell.

                          MEMBA this:

                          80 Cherokee
                          360 ci 727 with

                          NP208
                          Edlebrock performer intake
                          Holley 4180
                          Msd total multi spark.
