Boobie! hands down! Nothing against the razor, (I really like the razor) but there are not a lot of boobies out there and it makes it more unique to you. Either way you are golden but my worthless vote is for the boobie...

Also, while the progress on the Wedding Wagon has slowed. I am preparing myself to have a garage of my own for the first time in my life! Whoa Hooo!

Here is some frames I bought and started modifying to build some work benches. I have some really nice table tops (well nice for a work bench) but they are heavy duty and should hold up to a 401 engine block being slammed on top these will be 60"X30" tops with a slightly smaller frame so I can clamp stuff to the edge if needed. I am also putting a half shelf underneath.

PO swapped in a 360, soon to be a 401 again!
"Soon" is a relative term.
Cracked cylinder put a hurt on me + bad connecting rods.

I appreciate the vote Marc! I agree, there are not that many that I see either. Another reason to keep it.

SCORE !!!
you got a deal on those parts !

if you ever want to polish the razor
I used easy off oven cleaner and an S.O.S. pad

repeated several times till anodized coating was off
then polished with mothers billet metal polish

on FSJ parts fitting in a vehicle,...

when I was transporting my wagoneer headliner
I found out that there is not many things a wagoneer headliner
will fit into, other than a wagoneer !!!

I transported it in a 78 K-5 Blazer, Good it was in 2 pieces.

thanx for the photos/update on house and FSJ

Congrats! I think you're going to have a hard time adjusting to getting the money you put into the house back out of the house. It's the opposite of working on the Jeep.

Now to the updates!

As for the house, the foundation is poured and they are ready to start underfloor framing. I have a pre-construction meeting this week. Pretty exciting stuff!

Now for the Jeep, I finally sanded and painted the vavle covers so I can at least cover my heads while I wait to send the engine block to the machine shop, sadly this wont be for a while. I plan on taking it when the house is finished so April most likely

Also I have finished both my work benches for the garage I will soon have and be able to really get going on this Wagon!

Got the shelf in.

Ends capped.

And finally finished and painted.

Since you will be in Albany I highly suggest you visit Bill Gentle owner of Redline Cams and Cranks. He is great. He ground me a stock grind cam for my 401 10 years ago. He knows engines and is a straight shooter. Look him up on FB or the web.

that is a fine work table
and that is also a fine painting job on the valve cover/head.

Thanks and thanks!
I built two nearly identical, this one has the over hang on the from table surface for clamping ability and the other one does not but is reinforced for heavier objects. Although both are plenty sturdy. I'm happy with how they turned out considering I started with frames already built by someone else and his/her welds were questionable at best (not to say mine are superb ) but it beat buying all the metal and putting it together.
I really would have liked to buy raw 1" square tubing and build it all myself, I would have gone a little fancier with a bracket for a shop light above the table and some other gizmos but for on a budget this is a good work bench for $60 a peice.

House Update!
Walls are up, roof is on! We have a Pre-Drywall meeting this Friday! Then they start all the interior stuff.
Looking at a March move in date!
Here it is before the roof was on.

Trying to post a Jeep update with these as well.
Pretty much the Wagon has sat as is, we do still take it out and drive it on the weekends, so at least it gets drive time but no progress has been made as of yet. (unless you count all the garage junk I have been buying in preparation of A) having a garage, and B) components I'll need for the rust repair)

I had a headlight go out recently, so instead of just replacing it I have decided to go with the H4/Headlight housing upgrade.
I just got all the parts in for it, went with a Hella 7" headlight housing and some generic H4 bulbs, didn't want to go with LEDs or HIDs just a simple bulb upgrade.

I will post pictures once I have it all done, but this seems to be a pretty common upgrade on here so we will see if I can pull it off.
