Usually when I have something I'm not sure how to price, I google search for other ones for sale. Usually I will get a couple hits on forums, ebay, and craigslist. That helps me gauge the current market and figure out a fair asking price.

Search EB Dana20. Was it on a 3 speed std or Auto trans.
Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental.

        Stick.

Problem is it weighs a ton so shipping isn't likely to happen.

A guy out in the desert here is asking $450 but I think he's taking something.

Wasn't the 2.54 version only used with the six? If so, I believe one of the gears is in demand as a part for Jeep Dana 20 low range conversion. I believe the gear numbers are in this thread - http://www.earlycj5.com/xf_cj5/index...dana-20.10606/

The transfer case should be worth at least as much as the Bronco upper sliding gear sold by itself, if it's the proper gear number.
