Are GW's class III hitches welded or bolted on to the frame? Thanks.

Bolted to the bottom of the framerails on each side; plus, there are reinforcement braces (kind of like heavy-duty angle-iron) inside the framerails that distribute the stress to the sides of the frame's channel.
