almost ready for work. got the taillight bracket made up.

and the weedburner exhaust mocked up. everyone likes big twin chrome stacks, but they cost a big money. this is cheap, easy, and i like the look. altho i think dual weed exhaust may be needed.

got all the dot and mc stuff done. i'm an independent o/o now. next week this thing should be rollin finally. i can worry about the cosmetics then.

a culture of bad business practices.

i'm better off on my own. i'd rather deal with my own problems than someone elses self imposed emergencies.

ol girl already earning it's keep. the little 11 liter 350 detroit pulls surprisingly hard.a lot harder than the same engine i had in my day cab T800 back in thye 90's. it feels like a 400. actually,it feels like the 460 N14 cummins my old W900 had, which i always thought was a dog-for a 460-but for a 350 11 liter to pull like that is impressive.

the ride is unbelievably soft. the wheelbase helps, but it's also soft on the front axle. it rides better than our 379 Petes did.
