    1966 Quarter Window Weatherstrip Source

Looking for anyone who knows a source or work around for '66 Wagoneer quarter window weatherstripping. None of the vendors I found offer anything older than '68 for this part. Any help is appreciated!

Team Grand Wagoneer has a door seal/weatherstrip set.

Thanks, I bought that set as I am doing a repaint. It includes the division bar for that window but not the rubber weatherstripping. I may call them today, they have a set for '68 and I am interested if that is really different than the '66 or if I might be able to adapt that one.

What’s the difference between older and newer quarter stripping?

Early trucks have the door seals on the doors. Later ones have them on the door jambs. The kit comes with the newer style door seals.

I may be wrong, but I do not believe they(cargo glass seals) are different.
When I parted out my '65 the stuff all looked the same.
Stuff being the seals/glass/inner metal trim pieces/outer stainless trim.

The only difference I can think of is older glass was thicker.
However, if that is the case they would still work, just be a little "tighter" on the glass.

If that is it not sure why they would still list '68 as that would also be the thicker glass?

I used the team Grand Wagoneer door seal kits. The quarter window seals don't fit very well and are very difficult to close. Has anyone had this problem, or can recommend a seal that fits well?
                      Thanks.
