    Good experience with BJ's OffRoad

Ordered parts last week, they were shipped the same day and arrived in a timely manner. Very impressed and will continue to do business with them.

If you can't make it better why waste your time. No use repeating the orignal mistakes. I'm to old to push it that's why.

Maybe I am on some special list, but I have never had a problem with them. Pretty sure I have placed 4-5 orders over the past few years. Only delays are for back-ordered items and they always keep me up to date and offer to ship what is in stock right away.

I received a shipment from them today also. Shipped in a timely manner as soon as all the parts came in stock. Just like I asked them to do.

I've had only good experiences with them and all the orders I've done. Plan on ordering some more stuff this week or next. They even sent me the prototype J-truck rear window seal to test for them when I was replacing my window.

I wish it worked that well for me I mad one order and it was good stuff was backordered and they kept me informed on when the parts would ship. Then the second order I made was terrible service parts were back ordered but one person would tell me in a day or two they would ship then another would tell me end of the week so wich is it I never did end up getting the parts because it took almost six months to get them in and at that point I just ordered them form elsewhere. I would love to countinue doing business with them but after that experience I don't know if I can give them another chance

I have only made one order myself several months ago... everything came in a decent amount of time and I will be placing another order shortly for door handle gaskets and all of my window and door seals...

Everyone deserves another chance.... and another... and another....

Man if people gave up on me every time I blew it no one would talk to me

most of our suppliers have major delays these days in getting parts, and some items are on backorder status unfortunately. And, depending on who we talk to at what vendor, sometimes we get conflicting dates. But we do our best to be as accurate as we can and keep as much stock on-hand as we can. We just not as big as a lot of other companies and can't afford to have $500k in inventory on the shelves at all times. That, coupled with the fact that most vendors are phasing out FSJ stuff makes it harder.

Would it be easier on complaints to offer members an option of paying a deposit on items that are back ordered? Might keep the (insert German word for female dog in heat"ing") down a touch.

And a thanks for the tailgate stuff and manual!

sounds like a great idea to me. some folks are charged full price immediately on items said to be in stock, and still waiting 6 weeks later and no item delivered.

I ordered some front shackles from BJ's back in April '11. They arrived last week, September '11. I think they were having supplier issues.

                            Nonetheless, they did show up

For those that want to pay with paypal, you can also complete the check-out procedure and select check / money order as the method of payment; then, shoot us an email and we can tell you what is / isn't in stock, and you can make the decision before paying (we can change the order to paypal easily on our end). That, or you can contact us prior to ordering and we can check our stock.
