Crown Automotive Oil Pan

A friend of mine purchased an oil pan from TGW a while back.
The attempts to put it on were fruitless.
I sold him a good used one, and he gave me the "new one".
I have a 360 on the stand and tried to fit the pan to the block.
I can imagine the fun he had laying on his back trying to get the thing on.
Some of the bolt holes line up, some of them don't.
The pan is Crown Automotive part #3236322. Looks good in the box, not worth a darn.
I think he attempted to return the thing, but was met with "resistance".
It's good advertising for TGW, even better for Crown Automotive.
Looks good hanging on the wall.

Since it is a Crown unit we will warranty it for you. Give Ryan a call with your information and we can get you a free one out.

Often the rear lip bends forward from the tension of the stamping. You can with a dead blow hammer nail it twice and move it right back to where it should be. Heaven forbid it..I know but these are the only parts any of us get to pick from since there is only 1 place the oil pan is made...no matter where its bought.
