Cadillac a source for TBI parts?

I was at the pick-a-part last week, and noticed they had quite a few Cadillacs with TBI. And remarkably, most of them still had their throttle bodies and injectors in place. Anybody know why these engines are not a good source for TBI parts? Or maybe they are an untapped resource?

I did a little reading on the net, and it looks like '80 or '81 is the earliest. Supposedly Cadillac took up the design and all the other divisions (except Olds) followed. There was an earlier analog system that I found some description of, but the first "Digital Fuel Injection" was 1980 in the 368 L61 and L62. There was also a LT8 4.1L, which went to multiport in 1987. All of these should be TBI and look similar to the more familiar GM TBI.

The injectors were poorly desgined and modern fuel eats through the sidewalls. At $300 apiece to replace vs $100 for other GM ones, can you guess why they are in the junkyard?
Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental.

its worth it when getting an entire motor. mine came new from gm in a 94 fleetwood. so far the engine has 30,000 miles on it and is doing just fine. it has a bit more power than a normal lo5 from a truck.
and the tbi parts are the same as the chevy stuff.
