    Headliner material ?

What's the headliner made of? It looks like some sort of sandwiched polystyrene foam, between two layers of carton? What could I replace it with?
    thnx.

A type of fiber board. There is a vendor here in the vendor section that makes replacement. Also, most upholstery shops will have it and sell you blanks.
