Is this a single or dual plane?
Are they still made anymore? I can't seem to find info on this.

It's a dual plane. Holley still makes that family, but I'm not sure they still offer the AMC version.

I don't know much about it either. It uses smaller runners to increase the speed of the air and improve torque and response, but it comes at a price at the high end of the RPM range.

This is the manifold as it sat a few years ago - It's covered a layer of dust now.

Hate to be a pain, but is that a dual plane or a single plane with a dual adapter?
Picture is hard to tell. If it is dual plane i am interested, just curious what shipping would be all the way to Oregon.

thanks,

Can you please explain? I thought the divided plenum automatically made it dual plane.
Thanks.

All your runners are on the same level, or plane. Same floor if you will.

A dual plane intake has upper and lower planes, or floors. Like a two story house. 4 upper runners are stacked on top of 4 lower runners.

Believe it or not, those work well for low end torque and run out of steam at about 4500 rpm. I have one on my Daughter's 304 Javelin.
