Whats your most unique modification?

Just wondering, but what is your favorite/most unique modification that you have done to your vehicle? Something that seporates your FSJ from all of the others!

LOL, the first thing that comes to mind is the rear brake line bracket made from a circular saw wrench (stamped steel) on my 88 GW.

i tried to skinny mine up some so i could fit it in places like my sammy by flipping it on its side and caveing in the drivers side doors does that count??? Wait it was to decrease wind drag...no wait i thought it would be a easy way to remove the wood paneling...or or or or i saw a purty flower and wanted to pick it......its late for me i've had a lot sugar and i'm bored

Flat bed or Ford drivetrain. Megasquirt fuel injection isn't very common either.

I would have to say the most unique mod I ever made to an FSJ was for adjustable ignition timing from the cab.....

I took a Mico lockable throttle knob and cable from a dead tow truck and installed it under the dash of my 74, the original Blair Jeep Project. I ran it to a fabbed up bracket on the intake and a tab I added to the distributor. I set a min and max timing stop on each side using self tapping screws on the base of the dizzy. I could then change the timing by unlocking the knob and pushing or pulling to advance or retard the distributor.
Hokey, but it worked great......till the loose dizzy helped the timing gears self destruct.

ummmmm.... do i even need to answer that one???...

i suppose my most unique one would be the spotlight custom made out of a 727 landing light and a slide hammer handle... then i took a 3 prong thread on plug and mounted it in the dash with a relay and a switch in the spotlight... when you flip the switch it connects the ground and activates the relay sending power to the light... so the plug is dead unless the light is hooked up and the switch is on...

oh... and it's a 250 watt bulb... so it's bright...

Hmm, can't think of much truly unique. Put a T-18a & 208 in a Wag in place of the silly slushbox -- probably my favorite mod. TBI with an in-tank pump behind the axle -- didn't take much imagination, but I like it. Built 360 that spins 6,600 RPM -- probably not even a good idea. Limited-slip on both ends -- wouldn't do it again. Ferd Probe front seats & Dodge minvan back seat -- maybe unique, but not particularly wonderful. Wink 5-panel mirror -- don't see a lot those on these. Junkyard springs from I don't know what -- that worked out OK I guess.

I guess mine's just a reg'lar ol' Jeep. Wait 'till Charlie rings-in with Crom!
