    Moog Tie rods

Replacing my old beat up tie rods and connecting rod assembly with new Moog parts. The new long moog tie rod has the same bushing and washer set up as stock but the other side has the new mood problem solver end with the boot. See photos below. I am assuming its fine to run the new problem solver style with out bushings?

Stock style. That the new long end Moog tie rod has

New style on the short side

So apparently Moog stopped making the inner connecting rod that connects from passenger side tie rod to the pitman arm, and I cannot find it anywhere. Which brand would you guys go to next? Options are slim. Looks like AC Delco, MEVOTECH (never heard of them), Dorman, and Crown make one. Again not the greatest options here...

I've not had the best experience with Crown tie rod ends in the past on my other Jeeps.

I'm in a similar situation though recently with my XJ, where the part I want is no longer available from Moog.
I've been considering AC Delco, as I'd have thought they surely should be decent?

I'm also considering the Mevotech Supreme range, as they look to be a good bit better than their standard stuff, although I've not managed to speak to anybody with experience of them.

I bought all of my tie rods, ball joints, etc from BJs. Pretty sure they have all you need.

I tried to order it through BJ's about a month ago and they didn't have it and said they wouldn't be getting them any more unfortunately.

man the XRF stuff looks really nice. They only have an adjusting sleeve and the short tie rod for my jeep though. I guess Ill give ACDelco a try.

I used mostly Moog and some NOS Echlin pieces. I believe Napa parts are Echlin as well. I saw no difference in quality between the 2.

They won't be getting the one piece you need or any of them? They still show it all on their website. Kind of disappointing.
