    LED Dome Light

While I was cleaning up the interior of my GW I saw a thread about replacing the dome light with an LED. I picked up an LED and when I installed it all the courtesy lights stayed on all the time. I removed the LED dome and ran a wire across the connections and everything worked fine - I assume there is not enough resistance in the LED? Any suggestions how I fix this or what I can do? Do I need to go back to the original dome light and just add an LED bulb like this? http://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/festoon/

i put a led dome in my '73 no problem. it is wired so power is hot all the time and when you open the door it connects the ground. if you just ground to the body and not the original ground wire it will stay on all the time.
