While my Chero is certainly not pristine (just look at my avatar) I do not want to smash her up more than she already is.

I would like to go to Tahuya one of these days, but my rig is not really trail worthy right now with an open rear diff. I also have a bad exhaust leak that the wife hates.

With all the rain we have been getting this early June I bet the trails have some nice puddles and mud to blast through.

I do not relish the idea of wading in cold muddy water up to my waist trying to get unstuck. Did enough of that in the Army.

It almost sounds like we need to have an exhaust work party. My exhaust is pretty leaky itself. As well, I just put over 1,000 miles on the rig over the last few weekends and appears to have developed a t-case leak. So I have some maintenance to do.

That is, as soon as I clean up my garage and get through doing ball joints, struts, and front wheel assembly on my WK. Doesn't matter the Jeep, there's always something to do.
Bunch of Jeeps, lots of issues.

I am waiting to attack the exhaust leak when I get the new headers and exhaust from BJs.

Right now I need to fix the brakes, water pump and steering.

I took the mechanical fan off and put the first of two electric fans on the radiator when I realized I had the wrong adapter to mount the coolent probe in to the thermostat housing.

My exhaust leak is pretty low on the priority list right now.

I was driving home from work yesterday around 3:45pm headed south on hwy 5 just before the 405 split and saw a black or dark blue J series truck with a razor grill driving in traffic as well. Anyone from this forum drive this jeep?

Hey, I thought I had posted on this forum... I am in Spokane Valley, Wa.

Over the years, I've only met two members face to face.... Maybe now that there are more local FSJ's we can have our own meet n greet!

Just give enough warning so that perhaps some of us on the wet side can get there too.

Cheney area is closer for me, and our "soggy" friends from the other side of the Cascades... I'm not sure what area of Spokane you live in, or if it would be convenient for you.

As for specific places; coffee, burgers, and/or beer works!

I agree with lunchbox - beer, coffee, pizza, burgers works for me too. I just need some advance warning. The earlier the better, so I can either arrange a baby sitter or the mini mes will have to come with me.

Cheney would be OK as long as I had enough time to plan. Might make it a family outing if we go somewhere that the wife and little tax deductions might find entertaining.

My brother lives in Cheney and I think there's a couple sports bars there that would make good candidates. I'll look up the names this week!
