    Team Grand Wagoneer BS

Does anyone know how to get the people at TGW to respond to anything? I try not to use them because the customer service does not exist but on rare occasions I have to. Now I have a return that I cannot get completed. I really hate that store!!

If you paid with a credit card(hopefully) do a dispute.
Any time I have done one they have always taken care of it for me.

I have never used TGW, but had a few online transaction issues that were resolved pretty quickly by the CC folks.

EDIT:: Also edited to stay with the times... Poof... I agree with Dave!!

I know TGW is maddening. I have my own story with them. The best solution is don't do business with them and like Babywag said, use a visa or a way to leverage getting money back if it goes wrong.
I don't know if any of you memebrs have ever used Etrailer.com but there is a company that has the highest possible level of customer service. It does not get any better than that company. I just got an email a whole year later from them asking what I thought of what I bought. When companies like that exist and are consistently exceptional, places like TGW can go right to h**L in a strawberry filled hand basket.

Right, I am trying to use Paypal as the mediator on this one. Unfortunately, there a a couple of items that BJ's doesn't have that these guys do. I also noticed they have a "Team Cherokee" site, too. Not sure if that is new or has been around but the same people.

                  elowsma,.....

if TGW has it, I guarantee you can find it if you look long e-nuff,....

because I am sure all they do is buy and re-sell.

I advise you to do anything possible to avoid them.

                  I do know one thing,...

they have the morals of a rattlesnake.

Yeah TGW has a bad rap I know I know!
I had a problem with them a few years back with an order, but they did fix it eventually.

So I just got in a bunch of parts for my XJ from them, and everything was fine with the order. They had some NOS MOPAR stuff for my lil Red Jeep. Yeah Team Cherokee is for XJ's.

The TGW brand weather seals are superior to lets just say other FSJ companies parts. I will be ordering another complete set from them for my Waggy I am working on now, and will let you know how that order turns out?

You know......................... Most of us that have had our FSJ's for a little while have had bad experiences with just about EVERY SINGLE parts supplier. Unfortunately it does not matter who the vendor is, they all have less then stellar customer service.

They could learn a thing or two by ordering from Summit Racing to be honest.
                    So as usual YMMV!
(Ristow)fram!....that deserves a ratchet upside the head.
