Need chrome trim fasteners

When taking off the chrome trim on my truck some of the fasteners broke or were too corroded to reuse. I need a dozen of them if anybody has them to spare.



If it matters my truck is a '72 J4000 and the fasteners look like this

More than ten years ago I had the same issue.
Found some plastic plugs from Mercedes unimog and used those for mounting the stainless trim back on.

I have a map at home with all the papers and probably also a part number for the plastic plugs.
Will have a look for you if you want!?
