passenger side mirror parts

Here's what I have. I am assuming there is a gasket and some sort of mounting plate?

Mirror

That's not an original mirror.

The proper one has 2 mounting screws
and a gasket between the mirror and door.

I have run across that style before.
There is a mounting plate for that style.

I have a few original ones, but they are not too nice looking.
The plating on them was not that good.

Where did these mirrors come from?

I have a drivers side on my rig as well and have been looking for a matching passenger.

Try your local autoparts store. Ask for their "Lighting and Mirrors" vendors catalog. Car manufactures don't build their own factories to make mirrors. They out source them and your mirror may have been used on many brand cars. If it's a fairly common mirror still in demand and still in production it'll be in the vendors catalog. You may be able to just buy parts. Head, base, gaskets etc.
