For the two bronze rod end bushings you might need when using an Astro hydroboost you can order them from McMaster-Carr:

https://www.mcmaster.com/#standard-s...rings/=16f9pna

9/16" OD x 1/2" 6381K607 $5.42

5/8" OD x 1/2" 6381K611 $5.33

Hi Elliot,
I scanned through the thread but didn't see an answer to this. I'm having no luck finding any of the van (astro or P30) units in the junkyards. I do see some on early-mid 2000's chevy trucks. Are these usable before I attempt to extract one?
My cherokee is a 79. I am planning on using a disc 14bolt from one of these trucks so I might be able to use the master too.

You can use just about any hydroboost but as far as fitting it to the vehicle you have to figure how to adapt the brake rod to your pedal and then adapt the mount to your booster block while giving you the correct rod distance and angle so it doesn't bind on pedal articulation. The early Astro is the only HB that is going to match up using a 1" spacer and it's the only one I sell a spacer to adapt.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up scoring a 95 astro unit on ebay. I'm going to do the adjustable push rod instead of the spacer.
