I am glad we could help. Doug Thorley and Summit Industries (not Summit Racing) are the same company. We had Thorley make a set, get it coated and out to you in record time I think...

ordered parts and they were wrong

Ordered sine basic parts and they were wrong- it happens I get that . Quick call chatted w Ryan who had me take pics and emailed them- again should be no big deal. Well then Brent or Bret had to put his two cents in telling me the part was correct. In the end it wasn't so I sent everything back and am done with BJ's. Then the "you only get a store credit " BS was emailed to me. Here in CA that won't work espically if you don't have it anywhere on your return policy. This was my first and very last time I will every use them. It is a shame that $80.00 worth of parts cost them my and my friends business. I Re ordered the parts through team Jeep and low and behold all correct! So I just ordered my 6" lift and restro parts from them today $2143.00 total.
All BJ's had to do was simply realize their mistake instead of putting it on me.

Frank, as mentioned when we spoke, the part is the same part we've been carrying / selling for years, and does fit (we even verified on two rigs to be sure). I had given a few options, and you said you wanted to return everything. I sent you the store credit return authorization, and when you said you wanted a refund to your card, I sent you that return authorization as well without any hassle. I'm sorry that you want to take your business elsewhere, but I understand. If there is anything we can do in the future, I hope you give us another try.
