Pretty easy upgrade, grabbed a set of front belts from the junkyard. Taking the family to Moab in a few weeks and wanted to bet better belts. I have never liked lap belts.

Spend the day yesterday at a friends getting the front bumper and rock sliders installed. Everything went fairly well and I am pleased with it. The front bumper sticks out a little farther than I wanted but since the bumper was originally designed for an older rig I couldn't get it up as tight to the valance as I wanted with out some major modifications to the bumper or the Jeep. Next I need to save up for a winch! Enjoy the pics.

Rather than fixing the axle which isn't good for large tires anyway, I have officially started my SOA/SF and axle swap. The axles came from a 79 F*rd F-250 so its a HP D44 8-lug front and a D60 rear with 4.10 gears. I am also swaping the stock fuel tank with a 33 gal tank. I am trying to get all this done before Ouray. Here is a list of things I have and thing I need.
Have:
Axles
Rear Disc Conversion kit (with e-brake)
High Steer Arms, tie-rod and drag link
Shackle flip kit
1310/1350 U-joints
Front Rotors turned and ready to go
Need:
Stock springs (ordered from BJ's)
Shock mounts (ordered from BJ's)
Front brake pads and caliper rebuild kit
rear brake lines
Rims
Tires
33 gallon fuel tank (ordered)
I have all the axle parts painted and ready to go. I will be starting on the shackle flip in the next couple of days. I don't want to install the front axle until I get the springs so I am at a stand still. I also dont want to install the axles until I get the shock mounts welded since it will be easier with the axle out.
Here are some teaser pics of the rear axle painted and mostly assembled.
