FIX THAT BUSTED DASH WITH A NEW OVERLAY!!

I stopped by a friends shop today to pick up some parts and asked him about a way to fix the dash in the 77 Cherokee. He does some looking in his books then goes into the back and comes back with a ABS plastic overlay. It's a perfect fit! It does require glueing it down to the old dash and if your dash is buckled up then some trimming of the old dash pad may be required to be certain of a smooth fit. Also, since it is ABS it can be easily spray dyed to match your interior color. He said he hasn't sold one for a FSJ in years and has some more in his warehouse. The price is $99.95 plus shipping. He said the company he gets them from makes them on demand so he should be able to get all that are needed. He's a great guy to deal with so if your interested give him a call at (662)-566-8776 his name is Tony Ceja and be sure to tell him I (Scott Little) refered ya....karma ponts ya know. Almost forgot part number for this style is C-27-100

Looks good but if I do that then I have to finish the rest of the interior so it doesn't look worse than it already does.

You and I must have different definitions of cheap. The price they shot me for my 69 Pontiac stopped that idea cold.

Sorry folks but not a Coverlay product. Tony's been a distributer for many companies for the past 20 years that I've known him. Many of the product manufacturers that he carries are still a closely guarded secret by his company. A lot of his products are recognizeable as to who made them but he also has a lot of hard to find pieces that are made by independent companies that he will not disclose the name of. He also carries everything you need to restore a vehicles interior so for the do-it-yourselfers and upholstery shops he is a great source for supplies. No order is too big or small.

It is a textured finish like what you see on most ABS molded pieces. Like Dirtball said they look awesome installed. I have run into situations before where a heat gun was needed to mold hard to fit corners but this was due to the dashboard being severely buckled.
