I'm putting on a BJ's lift - awesome product, great service, thanks Brent! - anyway, the driver side bottom rear shackle bolt is completely rusted to the bushing. I've been hitting it with PB Blaster for a week before starting. I've tried heat (MAPP). It moved about 3/16" inch and now I can't even get it back where it started. It appears that I can't even cut the bolt out because of the bracket it's in. The good news is the captive nut didn't break when I pulled that bolt so I'm considering myself fortunate
Anyway, besides PB and heat any tricks I'm missing? It's too bad I can't just remove the top bolt as it's loose as a goose...
