Question 74-75 cherokee chief. help!!!

Okay im new here so sorry guys if i posted this in the wrong place. but i have a 74 cherokee chief. ive been researching lift kits and seems i can't find a kit for this year of jeep(74-75) because or the rear spring variations. something about having the 1" post mount.

i looked at my jeep and the rear spring is mounted on the outside if the frame. are all fsj's like this?

i would like a 6" lift. Should i just buy a kit and fab the rear spring hangars directly under the frame? or keep it the way it is? i need new leafs all the way around cause they are wore out and it leans to the right haha
sorry for so many questions.

I just want the most simple way to get a 6" lift for my 74 cherokee. thanks!
Dave

You are in luck. Contact Hell Creek Suspensions and they can hook you up with a lift kit for your rig. I put the 4 inch system on my rig and it turned out sweet. You can often find the lift kit on e-bay.

Here is their 4 inch system

They also claim to have a 6 inch all spring setup for our odd ball year rigs.
Here is their FSJ page.

Tom is a great guy over there and he will take care of you.

Good luck with your project
