    Studing my 1991 Grand Wag

I am on my second week with my 1991 Grand Wag. Love it!! .
My plans for it is to bring it back to a like new appearance (this will take some time).
I noticed a bow tie hole on the back of the truck on the right hand pillar. I looks oem. Does anyone know what the stock item that would have gone in this? I'll upload a pic when I get home.

Another question: How many people here have a 1991 model or know of someone who has one?

Does anyone have any literature for the 1991 year?

    Thanks a lot!

the hole is for the windshield wiper fluid sprayer.

I have a 91, it is gray with a 4 inch lift. I do not have any literature. Feel free to email me with any questions, but these jeep are pretty generic though the 80's and into 91.

I have a 91 GW. This is my second one. I was driving my first 91 when I was picked up by a tornado and thrown across the highway. Broke an axle and bent the frame a little, that was all.

        I have a Green '91.

I checked with the Jeep dealer for a replacement for my rear window washer nozzel(mine's broken) and it's still available. For $56.00! Ouch!

I bought a copy of the 1991 Jeep dealer brochure on e-bay for $10.00 - pretty interesting. Jeep called their brochures "The Jeep Book" all throught the late '80's and early '90's. Do a search on e-bay and you'll probably find one.

There are several people on here with '91's. What color is yours and what are the last four digits of your VIN?

            Staring with the 10th digit:
            MP803258
I geuss that the M stands for 1991. But the 3258 I don't understand. I thought that there was only 1560 made in -91.

            Any ideas?

I bought a 1991 GW for $1800, so far only spent $2500 getting it reliable. I should have found one with less than 197K (all road salt miles).

me too. 130k worth of road salt mi, 5K spent on repairs this fall, still torn apart. I don't think it'll ever be reliable.
