    BJ Offroad you Rock

Just want to say thank to Bj Offroad ordered my stuff last friday and it came in the following thursday. That is incredible considering I live in Canada and I have never waited under 3-4 weeks for products unless willing to pay for crazy shipping.

So thank you from me, guess i will be wrenchin tonight.

Just pray you don't have to send anything back. If you do make sure TO GET A SIGNATURE
it will save you a lot if headaches when it goes missing

If it goes missing, how is that BJ's Offroad's fault? Sounds like the shipper you used to send it back screwed the pooch. Did you file a claim with the shipper? or did you fail to insure it also?

Frank, do you have anything better to do than troll for posts that are 2, 3, 4 and 5 years old just to bash us? Maybe you need a hobby. We have stated our side and the fact is that you were too lazy to call FedEx to start a tracer on the lost package (yes, it showed delivered but FedEx doesn't deliver to us on Monday and it shows being delivered on a Monday).

This forum is great! You can use this forum for other things like research or finding parts. Maybe you could post a few pics of the three FSJ's you are restoring?... not just trolling old posts to bash us.

MATHMAN has a solid point!! Maybe somebody needs to crawl into a oak barrel and do some maturing.

Amongst the fistful of parts I have ordered from BJ's I have only had ONE instance of needing to return a part; and it was because I ordered the wrong type of filler neck.

Its amazing what following directions and using a Flat Rate box will do for ya. I called BJ's, got my RMA# and confirmation email, boxed and shipped the part, and got a timely email of my package being received along with my amount of credit confirmed. Ordered the correct filler neck along with a few other parts and got them toot sweet!

THANKS BJ's! Class act all around.
