Finished with the heater box. Well, except the big gasket to the blower motor. Now on to the gas tank.

And......I spoke too soon. Went to install it and broke a stud off. Looks like I have to pull the junk from under the dash now.

You lucky SOB. That appears to even be a trailblazer tank with the big inlet for 1975 and older!

Yeah, it does. Nice part is there's no freon or antifreeze to deal with yet.

I went to test fit the gas tank but forgot about an exhaust hanger that needs to get whacked. Today....

Computer and wire harness came in a couple of days ago. This is some nicely made stuff. Hotwireauto.com for those interested.
I'll let you guess which is the factory harness and which is aftermarket.

Edit: I don't know wtf is going on with photobucket but I'm not paying $400 a year for that nonsense.

PB does suck. Man it's gonna take forever to change hosting sites and fix all the links. Oiy! I guess I see how July 4th is going.

babywag, can you use Google to host the images and show them here? If so, I can't figure out how to do it. Besides that, it looks like I can't go back and edit the older posts anyhow.

Evidently when using Photobucket to host your images, you're not allowed to embed the images on this forum. If you do, they call that 3rd party hosting and it'll cost you $40 a month! No other option!

                        What is 3rd party hosting?

Photobucket defines 3rd party hosting as the action of embedding an image or photo onto another website.
For example, using the <img> tag to embed or display a JPEG image from your Photobucket account on another website such as a forum, Etsy, eBay auction listings, blog, etc. is definitively 3rd party hosting.

yes you can host on google and embed here.
just have to share them, then copy/paste link.
you should be able to edit your own posts?

I can edit page 14 and 15 but nothing older than 14.

I can get the link to show up using Google but not the pics in the thread. Or is that just the way it is?

All my images in this and any other forums i post in are hosted by photobucket and I've never had any cost. Either im lucky or is because I've had an account since the very beginning and they've grandfathered me or something.
